Steph and I were driving in a clockwise fashion around the South Island of New Zealand when we arrived in an overcast mist to Te Anau.  Not another day of foul weather, I thought to myself as we pulled into the unimpressive looking motel’s parking lot.

An hour later, as we walked across the street to see the lake, we noticed that the sun was fighting back.  Ultimately, it won.
