When you pray, focus on the living-breathing nature of God.

How can you do this? Well, you are made in His image, are you not? Just as the Father in Heaven breathes his Holy Spirit out unto his creation, so too can you inhale and exhale.

Breathing in, I welcome the Holy Spirit. Breathing out, I smile to the Holy Spirit within me.

In. Out. Smile. Within me.

When you pray like this, you generate the Energy of Holiness.

With the Energy of Holiness, you will by necessity exercise Concentration, for Holiness must always be Holiness of something.

Holiness of being, Holiness of life, Holiness of action.

And from Concentration comes great Insight.

And born of Insight are the most wonderful jewels this universe has to offer.

Love, Compassion, Acceptance, Healing, Peace, Friendship, Forgiveness.

So remember, Pray -> Energy of Holiness -> Concentration -> Insight -> Jewels.
