Favorite Photos of 2024

It proved to be quite a useful and even illuminating exercise to review all of the many images I made over the past 365 days. In doing so, I noticed that there were almost as many iPhone images in my library as proper camera files and, as I’ve witnessed in most years past, my favorite photos seem to defy any logical categorization or stylistic grouping. Some are favorites because they are personal, offer mementos of important moments. Others, I hope, might have a broader appeal. In any event, I learned a lot by going through my image library and doing so gave me much to consider as I develop my photographic goals for the coming year.
