In my day job, I work as a management consultant to mission driven non-profit organizations, serving leadership teams and boards of directors as they navigate transition, challenge, and change. Over the past several years – and increasingly so – many executives have sought professional coaching in order to develop new skills, overcome personal struggles, adapt, and pursue new levels of awareness and clarity. As I’ve worked to assist them, it became increasingly clear that I needed to grow as well. I’m happy to report that I have just completed the first certification along that path as a Certified Christian Leadership Coach.

I chose to pursue this goal while also seeking to help individuals more fully integrate their Christian values into their respective day jobs too.
