A great summary. Numb, yes. That horrifies me more than anything else in me. I’ve put off thinking of Syria — I’ll grieve tomorrow, pray tomorrow. But today(ish) I deliberately put back a pump bottle (THE pump bottle) of antibacterial soap, and other things, for others –have ripped up lists and not gone to stores and thus, I have helped to stave off my (and others’) hell.
