Spring is such a wonderful time to begin again. Who do we want to be? What do we want to do? Each and every morning that we are fortunate enough to wake up, get out of bed, and start another day is a gift. What are we going to do with that gift?

A Goal is only attainable when we decide to make it our reality, and doing so usually requires motivation, inspiration, determination, and, oftentimes, perspiration.
