There are plentiful photographic opportunities in each of the four main seasons, with autumn and spring topping the list. The between seasons, the times as we transition from one to the other, give less obvious choices. The above image, taken just a few weeks ago, reminds me of the season now fading. Standing in the same place today would yield something less colorful, less bold, and less enticing. So the challenge now is: how to see it? How to render the between seasons?
